He ran his own recruitment firm for over a decade, fostering meaningful connections between talent and businesses. Since 2021, he has been overseeing Jetha Tulsidas Holding's property portfolio, encompassing rentals and new developments across Mauritius. He leverages his entrepreneurial spirit and keen eye for opportunity to generate revenue through strategic property management while ensuring seamless operations through meticulous HR and maintenance practices.
 
Sanjay’s vibrant personality contributes to fostering positive relationships with tenants and colleagues alike, ultimately contributing to the overall success of our property division. He is also a board member of his local Round Table, demonstrating his dedication to community engagement.
 
His journey is defined by his passion for fostering connections, his business acumen and his commitment to making a positive impact in both professional and community settings. His deep expertise and dynamic approach make him an invaluable asset to the Jetha Tulsidas Holding team.
